Lego Serious Play is a creative technique, a team-building activity, and, most importantly, an effective method for fully understanding complex problems and finding solutions. In the in-house training for the "Certified Facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method and Materials," your team will learn the LSP process and its applications. Through a practical example from your company, participants will experience the different building stages within an LSP workshop and dive deep into the role of the facilitator.
We create the agenda based on the needs of your team and your use cases. The instruction of the Lego Serious Play method is based on a real challenge that we formulate together in advance. Depending on the focus, additional use cases for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® can be integrated into the training, such as "LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® for Scrum Masters" or "LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® as a Creative Method." Depending on the focus and goals, the training duration can be extended to three days. Here is a sample agenda for an in-house LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® training.
We are experienced LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators and have conducted trainings for groups ranging from 5 to 500 participants. Our cross-industry experience with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® applications has been shared with over 1000 participants in facilitator training programs. We incorporate our New Work and Agile DNA into the training. We go beyond the classic LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® process, inspiring you and your team with additional use cases. This allows you to use LEGO® in a broader range of workshop contexts.
Since 2010, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® has been open-source and licensed under Creative Commons. Facilitator trainers are no longer regulated by LEGO®, and the method is continuously developed by the LSP community – especially for online LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® formats. All HelloAgile trainers are trained under the open-source model and train future facilitators to become "Certified Facilitators of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method and Materials."
For more information on certification, refer to the official LSP open-source document and the official LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® trademark guidelines.
