Business has never been so playful. Your corporate event with LEGO® .

Combine team building and fun in an extraordinary event format. 100% individually tailored to your event.

Everyone knows LEGO®—and most people love the bricks but only a few are familiar with it in a business context. So eyes widen when building together as a team, and even more "aha" moments are shared during and after the event. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is extremely flexible. Pure fun, team building, or navigating change together and developing new visions: with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, everyone works together on a question. The number of participants is theoretically unlimited, and a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® event can last from an interactive 30-minute keynote to a full-day workshop.

What Exactly is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®?

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a workshop format for understanding and solving complex challenges together as a team. For this, everyone first builds the answer to a central question. For example, "How can we remain successful in the future?", "What concrete measures can we take to achieve our vision?" or a thousand other possible issues from the business context. Subsequently, in small groups, a group model is built from the individual LEGO® models. Building as a team has many advantages: With LSP everyone gets the same speaking time regardless of hierarchy; the creative building process brings forth completely new ideas and approaches, and by jointly building a group model, everyone shares the same understanding of the outcome. Finally, the models are presented and the results are implemented into practice.

An exciting new workshop method that certainly deserves more attention as an alternative.

However, we'd like to give you an idea of what you can budget for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® at your corporate or team event. We offer LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® events for conferences and corporate events throughout Europe. We usually send the materials in advance by mail. We've been all over Germany, Copenhagen, Vienna, and Zurich—for great destinations, we're always up for it!

Plus

What should we consider when planning an LSP workshop?

For a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop, a good room is a crucial factor. We need one building table per group (approx. 10 people) and one materials table for the LEGO® per two groups. Additionally, there should be sufficient space between the groups to create a relaxed conversation atmosphere (keyword: room acoustics). Feel free to calculate at least double the room size compared to normal meetings. We always need a way to show a presentation (projector, TV, etc.). For larger events, microphones are also needed. Before the workshop, we deliver the LEGO® by courier. We'll take care of travel and accommodation ourselves. If you have questions about the exact requirements, just reach out to us.

Do you also handle location, catering, and hotel arrangements?

Upon request, we can expand the event planning and take care of everything from location scouting to catering.

Plus

Do you offer other event formats besides LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®?

Yes. For example, our "Agile Games Day"—a kind of circuit training for playful business simulations. Here, too, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® can be one of the stations. We are completely flexible regarding the group size of the event. Depending on how much the business aspect is in focus, we can also emphasize team building more and the business side less.

Plus

I don't have an event planned but still want a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop. Is that possible?

Absolutely! In addition to events, we offer workshops where you can find answers to real business problems in a small team—from new product strategies to team collaboration. We also offer training to become a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator. Check out an overview of our LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® products here: www.helloagile.de/lego-serious-play

Plus

Does everyone work together, or are there small groups?

Ideally, a maximum of 10 people should work together per group. The number of groups depends on the total number of participants. Different tasks can be worked on per group, which are later brought together in the course of the event.

Plus

Can we also book you as speakers?

Yes. Some of our LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® experts are also available as speakers. For example, David Hillmer, the author of the book "PLAY! The Essential LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Practical Guide." A presentation might look like this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=gV6d37I6DD8
