We already played Lego with these companys
Everyone knows LEGO®—and most people love the bricks but only a few are familiar with it in a business context. So eyes widen when building together as a team, and even more "aha" moments are shared during and after the event. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is extremely flexible. Pure fun, team building, or navigating change together and developing new visions: with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, everyone works together on a question. The number of participants is theoretically unlimited, and a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® event can last from an interactive 30-minute keynote to a full-day workshop.
We are LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® experts, event managers and facilitators, and we accompany your corporate event, conference and team-building event from planning to processing the results.
Pure fun and team building—or more business relevance? We get to know each other and discuss your individual goals and challenges.
We plan and design your corporate event. Co-creatively with you and your team, we develop the specific content and schedule of your event, plan the materials, and coordinate with the event location.
On the day of the corporate or team event, we come to you with thousands of LEGO® bricks in tow. Our LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® experts guide the participants through the day, professionally and charmingly, on stage and with technical expertise in individual groups, from setup through moderation to documentation.
Every corporate event is documented on-site by our LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® experts. Upon request, we can accompany your event with our professional content creation team or strategically prepare the results for the executive board.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a workshop format for understanding and solving complex challenges together as a team. For this, everyone first builds the answer to a central question. For example, "How can we remain successful in the future?", "What concrete measures can we take to achieve our vision?" or a thousand other possible issues from the business context. Subsequently, in small groups, a group model is built from the individual LEGO® models. Building as a team has many advantages: With LSP everyone gets the same speaking time regardless of hierarchy; the creative building process brings forth completely new ideas and approaches, and by jointly building a group model, everyone shares the same understanding of the outcome. Finally, the models are presented and the results are implemented into practice.
Do you find LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® just as exciting as we do? Then let's get personal! In a 30-minute exchange, we'll talk about your goals and the possibilities that LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® offers for your event.
